New year, new ceremony!
Join me for a ceremony to honor the New Moon in Capricorn of 2024. This is a powerful new moon that sets the tone for putting our desires in motion.
This ceremony will include a cacao beverage, an ancient plant ally that aids in energetic heart opening in order to facilitate healing, connection, and self exploration. The circle will be supported with group reiki and a limpia (shamanic cleansing) followed by shamanic breath work. You will be lead through a guided meditation * assisted with sound bowl frequencies.

Please arrive at 7:00 pm, We will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or beach towel or blanket. We will be sitting on the floor. Blankets are also available for sale in the marketplace. This is an indoor event.
We will be socially distanced, please do not attend if you are sick or displaying flu-like symptoms.
Parking is available behind Raincross, in the uhaul parking lot or on the street. The food lab parking structure is typically $5 to park.
Join us for a Prosperity River Walk, an intentional group gathering to welcome in abundance and prosperity.
With the eclipse cycles bringing an end to lessons that have brewed over the last two years, I felt this was a good time to gather and set the intention to welcome in positive and abundant energies. Love, kindness, grace, creativity… whatever comes to mind when you hear “abundance”.
This group gathering will include intention setting, an offering to our ancestors for support and guidance, rapeh plant medicine (optional), a breathwork release practice, and a prosperity ritual.
Carpool out of Riverside will be available, we will meet at a designated spot in La Verne in the Angeles National Forest. Exact location will be disclosed to participants once registered.

Connecting with Ancestors will also be online!
Ancestral veneration is a practice that is open to everyone. In this class we will learn the history of ancestral veneration, how and why to do it. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to connect intuitively to your ancestors.
Topics covered include:
- What exactly is ancestral veneration
- How we define our ancestors
- Why you should practice it and how to do it
- Altar building and ofrendas
- Shamanic practices to help you connect with your ancestors
- Ideas for creative activities
This will be an online zoom class. Recording will also be available if you are not able to attend at the exact time.
