One hour guided meditation, all ages and genders welcome.
Donation based ($10 suggested)
Class will be held indoors in the Raincross District Wellness room. Please bring a yoga mat & blanket.
Class starts at 6:30 PM.
Currently booking for April 17th, May 1st, May 15th.
Parking: street parking is available on Market Street, Sixth and Fifth Streets. The Raincross District Parking lot is accessible off Fairmount Ave., spots are limited. The Food Lab parking garage is within walking distance, off Fairmount Ave, and is usually $5 to park.
